I had a conversation yesterday with a young Native woman who I have known for many years.  She is a new mom with a tender heart and a sharp mind.  She shared with me quite a bit about the Sun Dance and the different rituals and objects used in the Sun Dance.  Some of her family is involved with these traditional practices, but she is hesitant.  She also shared with me last night that she wants to follow Christ and live for Him.  She is caught between her family's traditional beliefs and her own desire to be obedient to Christ.  Please pray for this young lady as she looks for answers and seeks to follow the Lord.  Ask Him to protect her (emotionally, physically, and spiritually) and give her wisdom and courage.
