I experienced a sweet reminder earlier today at recess…
It was snowing lightly and I was in my own little world, studying the perfect design of each snowflake on the sleeves of my grey, wool jacket. As the first-grade girls came out, I called them over to look at the snowflakes. They were almost instantly captivated and kept exclaiming, “Those snow flakes are really pretty!” and “I like snowflakes.” The kindergarten kids came out soon after that, so we had to make sure they got to see the snowflakes, too. One of the kindergarten boys made sure to point out to us that “none of them are the same!”
As the kids and I watched the snowflakes fall and studied them as they landed, I kept thinking about what a beautiful and perfect Creator we serve…He reveals Himself, even in the smallest of ways, through His creation. And He designs each detail perfectly. What a beautiful truth…
