…that’s what the kids have been doing the past couple of Saturdays! They are working hard to be ready for the first-ever (!) Community Christmas Pageant here on the Spirit Lake Reservation. Last Saturday they got to pick out costumes. One of my Wednesday-night girls is playing the part of Mary, so she and I were busy wrapping and draping and cutting huge pieces of blue fabric, making it into a robe (of sorts). Our official dress-rehearsal is this Saturday afternoon in the auditorium at Four Winds (the school in Fort Totten). That’ll be our first experience with the stage, sound, and lights…pray that all of that goes smoothly!
The practices have been going well and I am so impressed with these kids…the program is really coming together! If you are able to attend, we would love to have you there! Here’s the info:
Spirit Lake Community Christmas Pageant Saturday, December 15, 2007–2:00pm Four Winds High School Auditorium Fort Totten, ND
Your support and prayers are much appreciated, even if you’re not able to attend the pageant. 🙂
Please pray that the hope, peace, and freedom of Christ are real to the people of Spirit Lake as we share the truth of His coming to Earth!
